Consigning is Safe and Easy!
If you’ve ever thought of redecorating or just replacing a sofa or table, the thought of selling your old furniture can be inundating. But with Consign Furniture – we make the process simple! By consigning, you remove the risk of dealing with strangers coming to your home and the process is easy!
1. First, send us a photo of the furnishings you are looking to sell. Email pictures to reno@consignfurniturenow.com or bring a picture directly to the store.
2. Once the item is approved to sell at our store (final approval will be made when we see the item in person), you are welcome to bring the piece to the store or schedule a pick up.
3. Your item will be priced with a high point at which the pricing will start, and a low point that we will not sell below. Items can be sold at our discretion between those approved prices during the term of the contract.
4. You sign a 90 day contract with the option to extend for 30 more days if the item has not sold.
5. Once the item has sold, we will issue a check for 50% of the sale price 100 days after commencement date.
